the game is bingo so the aim is to pick a set of numbers and hope your numbers come in.
In Neptunes keno the person who picks the the balls is the virtual Neptune King.(I assume hes the king as he is wearing a crown). He summons rings from concentrated thought which fall onto the numbers.
If you are going to play for money make sure you play the demo version first and understand the game entirely. Im no expert so I dont know if keno games vary!
